I recently had my car serviced with Midway Auto Group. It wasn’t my 1st time receiving service, but for some reason this time I was particularly pleased. The customer service and professionalism has changed my narrative on mechanics and my anxiety with taking my car to a mechanic (especially as a woman).One thing that I want to point out is how organized and clean the repair shop is. To me, that says a lot of the type of business being ran….I brought my car to be diagnosed on a Friday morning. Midway did keep my car for more than half of the day but, I later found out it was only because they were carefully and thoroughly trying to figure out the issue ( an annoying minor issue that actually went unresolved for a long time because it was one of those things that could ride under the radar unless you knew exactly what you we’re looking for) Once they were able to identify what was going on, I knew that there was no doubt I wanted it fixed however, I wasn’t able to leave my car there over the weekend, or bring it back until the following week. Regardless of all those things, I paid for the repair IN ADVANCE. Now, I don’t know if that is common practice for auto repair , but I was taught to never pay for repair work until after the job is done but, I was so confident in the work and the integrity of the team there that I didn’t think twice about it. I brought my car in the following Tuesday and within an hour, it was fixed. Thank you so much Midway!!! You have a faithful and loyal customer for life !

BEST EXPERIENCE HANDS DOWN!! I have been to SEVERAL dealerships in the past few days, and in typical dealership fashion they tried to put me in what they wanted me to have and not what I wanted. Elizabeth immediately understood what I needed and both her and James made it happen. It was NOT an all day mission and I had an awesome conversation with Elizabeth while I was there. If you're looking for a car Midway Auto Group is the way to go! Ask for Elizabeth and tell her Crystal sent you!

The first place we stopped and the final place we went to buy a car. Wonderful service, to-the-point car selections, Elizabeth Meads was very nice and made the whole experience significantly better than the various dealerships up the road. Edit: Update, needed to get a part for my car and they were super helpful in the acquisition and delivery of said part! Lovely place to buy from even months after the sale!
